Keep It Simple, Sir or the Second Principle of Software Development.

I keep forgetting that this second principle is the best way to approach and solve other problems and
generally the fastest and best way to find a solution is very simple. We tend to forget which steps and in which order we have to take. There are many methods and tools out there, one of my preferred is Simplex and it goes like this.

1. Problem finding
2. Fact finding
3. Problem Definition
4. Idea Finding
5. Selection and Evaluation
6. Planning
7. Selling of the Idea
8. Action

Simple ideas on presentation design and delivery

That’s what I was reading in the past few days. I find it so interesting that I can only recomend it! Although the author repeats himselft at times you can find many useful hints to make better and original presentations.
